What you will do
- Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets with key stakeholders.
- Build and enhance observability, telemetry, and monitoring capabilities.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce operational toil.
- Lead production readiness activities (NFRs, Permit to Operate).
- Provide high-level application support for critical systems.
- Proactively prevent incidents through preventative troubleshooting and architectural improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of senior-level SRE experience.
- 2+ years working with AutoSys and Oracle.
- 2+ years supporting applications on Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
- Experience supporting environments in GCP.
- Strong knowledge of observability tools: AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Aternity, and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or banking environments.
- Deep technical SRE background in enterprise banking.
