What you will do
- Manage end-to-end P&L, forecasting, and annual planning for EMEA Services.
- Guide Consulting leaders on financial focus areas, risks, and revenue opportunities.
- Oversee tracking and reconciliation of labor, project costs, and margins.
- Act as a process owner for financial systems and regional business operations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis for senior management.
- Automate and deploy standard financial tools and consulting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Fluency in English required.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, and financial support.
- Must be based in or work from Czechia.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Experience in supporting consulting services or internal financial operations.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Prior experience with Oracle FP&A solutions.
- Familiarity with Teradata ecosystem and cloud analytics.
