What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end content development and final asset delivery across multiple programs.
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback and collaborate with localization teams for seamless workflow transitions.
- Lead project delivery managing scope, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation.
- Improve production workflows and drive continuous process improvements.
- Serve as primary contact for customers, managing communication, expectations, and escalations.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and financial administration including budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely from there.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
