What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, including job creation, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to evaluate candidates and ensure successful hiring and onboarding.
  • Manage hiring software (BambooHR) and internal recruitment processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct direct headhunting and networking efforts to identify top talent for various studio roles.
  • Partner with People Operations on HR-related tasks and internal communications to maintain a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or people operations.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn for recruiting, advertising, and networking.
  • Prior knowledge of the video game industry and its specific departments/roles.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume active roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a game development studio.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, and BambooHR.
  • Degree in a related field.
  • Passion for video games.
