What you will do
- Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, including job creation, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to evaluate candidates and ensure successful hiring and onboarding.
- Manage hiring software (BambooHR) and internal recruitment processes to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct direct headhunting and networking efforts to identify top talent for various studio roles.
- Partner with People Operations on HR-related tasks and internal communications to maintain a positive team culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or people operations.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn for recruiting, advertising, and networking.
- Prior knowledge of the video game industry and its specific departments/roles.
- Proven track record managing high-volume active roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a game development studio.
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, and BambooHR.
- Degree in a related field.
- Passion for video games.
- Combined experience in both recruitment and HR/People Operations.
