What you will do
- Lead delivery methodologies for software engineering and product teams.
- Improve Agile and Lean practices across technology and product teams.
- Act as an Agile Scrum Master and champion within the organization.
- Coach teams and leaders to foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee planning, tracking, and reporting of key initiatives to the Payments Leadership Team.
- Empower teams to own their work, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve.
Requirements
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile techniques and Lean practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Coaching ability across all organisational levels.
- Strong lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities.
