Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in distribution sales, channel management, or account management within a multinational organization.
  • Proven experience executing regional distribution strategies and delivering measurable sales growth across European markets.
  • Strong understanding of European distributor ecosystems, including broadline and value-added models.
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital enablement within partner networks (CRM, e-commerce platforms, digital sales tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, performance KPIs, and market trends.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages considered an advantage.
