Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in distribution sales, channel management, or account management within a multinational organization.
- Proven experience executing regional distribution strategies and delivering measurable sales growth across European markets.
- Strong understanding of European distributor ecosystems, including broadline and value-added models.
- Demonstrated experience driving digital enablement within partner networks (CRM, e-commerce platforms, digital sales tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, performance KPIs, and market trends.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages considered an advantage.
