What you will do
- Train existing sales representatives, new hires, and SDR representatives.
- Develop instructional procedures, curriculum, and reference guides using latest training methodologies.
- Communicate training program value to sales channels and stakeholders.
- Conduct needs analysis to determine training requirements and delivery methods.
- Track sales team progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to refine training strategy and coordinate training activities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to travel within the United States as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales training or sales management experience.
- At least 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
