What you will do

  • Build and lead a scalable commercial organization across Europe, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Own revenue growth targets and translate commercial strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Define and scale a unified go-to-market and monetization model across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Lead international expansion by defining market entry strategies and building repeatable scaling playbooks.
  • Manage the commercial integration of acquisitions, harmonizing pricing and systems to drive platform scale.
  • Develop customer lifecycle strategies to optimize retention and long-term value.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English required; German is a strong advantage.
  • Senior commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven track record (5+ years) of owning revenue growth and scaling commercial organizations across European markets.
  • Strong background in Sales Leadership and developing senior management teams.
  • Hands-on experience with commercial M&A integration and growth-stage strategic planning.
  • Strategic thinker capable of balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution.
