What you will do
- Serve as subject matter expert for accreditation management, compliance, and customer support for RCH, CPE, and CLE.
- Analyze Continuing Education (CE) requirements, maintain accreditation relationships, and determine programmatic requirements.
- Manage administrative functions, track events, and respond to customer service inquiries.
- Act as main point-of-contact for sales regarding CE training set-up and execution.
- Build training courses in virtual platform, manage attendee accreditations, and maintain records.
- Participate in vendor meetings to discuss platform functionality and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 - 2 years of experience with continuing education credit processing, management, and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing and improving internal processes.
- Experience with tech platforms and Microsoft products
