What you will do

  • Define and lead the holistic change strategy for IT rollouts across Europe and Africa.
  • Establish a structured change impact framework to govern organizational and process transitions.
  • Manage executive stakeholder alignment and influence strategy within a complex matrix organization.
  • Architect program-wide communication frameworks and capability enablement strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-country alignment and coach senior leaders to role-model transformation.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for major milestones including UAT, data migration, and go-live.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Change Leadership for large-scale ERP, CRM, or FSM transformations.
  • Proven track record in multi-country European rollouts within matrix organizations.
  • Deep expertise in OCM frameworks like PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing enterprise value chains.
  • Fluent in English required; German or French proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional certifications such as PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP CCMP, or PMI Change Management.
