What you will do

  • Develop and maintain AI agents and shared infrastructure to support enterprise-scale GenAI capabilities.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle from prototyping and POCs to production-ready services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Design and implement flexible system architectures within the AWS cloud environment.
  • Improve solution performance through systematic evaluation, telemetry, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Iterate quickly on agentic workflows while maintaining reliability and security standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python development.
  • Proven experience working with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing AI products leveraging LLMs, including architecture design and prompt engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering field.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Israel.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agentic AI architecture, MCP, and A2A frameworks.
  • Background in developing enterprise-scale applications in a SaaS environment.
