What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with global DOC leadership to improve processual and organizational setups.
  • Drive global learning and accelerate the impact of globally distributed Digital Operations Centers.
  • Develop and report on the progress and effectiveness of global DOCs.
  • Conduct market intelligence research on peer competition and other industries' approaches.
  • Create training and communication material to explain DOCs to the wider organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, technical, or engineering program.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in process and organization design within a consulting or corporate role.
  • High proficiency in core MS Office suite, with ideal additional PowerBI skills.
  • Understanding of the B2B world in a Service context.
  • Competence in data analysis and passion for data-driven business innovation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Position located in Madrid.
