TL;DR

Lead or Principal Business Consultant (Fintech): Contributing to the ABOR service line to improve implementation expertise and know-how of ABOR consultants. Focus on specialized guidance and functional delivery for the effective deployment of SimCorp Dimension® within a client’s environment.

Location: Hong Kong, Sydney. Simcorp follows a global hybrid policy, asking employees to work from the office two days each week while allowing remote work on other days.

What you will do

  • Take charge of business-related workstreams in implementation projects, identifying tasks, dependencies, and resource estimates.
  • Act as project leader for small and mid-sized SimCorp Dimension® projects.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and trainings at new or existing clients.
  • Document client requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension® functions, identifying improvements.
  • Provide configuration and end-user training to maintain and optimize SimCorp Dimension® usage.
  • Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues, contributing to best practices for implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Accounting.
  • Experience and knowledge within accounting standards / regulations e.g. IFRS9, USGAAP, Tax.
  • Experience and knowledge with the financial services industry.
  • Several years of experience supporting SimCorp Dimension solutions, covering Investment/Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, and Reconciliations.
  • Possess effective communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Flexible for travel as we operate as an APAC organization.

  • Ideally, you have SimCorp Dimension® experience or you are familiar with implementing and configuring financial software
