What you will do

  • Manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok to maximize ROI.
  • Lead cultural localization efforts, incorporating local trends and slang into content strategies.
  • Utilize advanced data tools like Tableau and DV360 to optimize campaign performance and scale results.
  • Oversee the influencer ecosystem by recruiting and managing local partners to amplify brand trust.
  • Coordinate with HQ to ensure local execution aligns with global brand standards and strict gambling compliance policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SMM experience specifically within the iGaming or Betting industry.
  • Deep, hands-on experience within the Kenyan or broader African digital markets.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DV360.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Fluent English is a must; Swahili is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan gambling advertising policies and social media restrictions.
