What you will do
- Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule for enterprise client projects
- Drive implementations of AI and digital service solutions based on Salesforce platform
- Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and build strong customer relationships
- Facilitate regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
- Plan and manage CRM and AI software projects, coordinating IT teams and multi-platform integrations
- Execute Agile Scrum Master role and guide software development lifecycle processes
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years project management experience on Salesforce platform
- Experience in professional services or consulting environment
- Proficiency in Agile project management and Scrum Master role
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Ability to confidently engage with VP and Director-level stakeholders
- Work location restricted to Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario)
Nice to have
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Management
