What you will do

  • Collaborate with support and payments teams to ensure seamless player experiences.
  • Execute and track performance of retention campaigns and reward offers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, CRM, or user engagement roles.
  • Fluent English and native French language skills are required.
  • Ability to build trust with players effectively.
