What you will do
- Develop and execute global social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage corporate social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, with organic and paid campaigns.
- Coordinate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Lead social media promotion for the Global User Conference including onsite support.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance and share best practices.
- Lead and expand the Employee Advocacy Program across regions.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of B2B social media management experience, preferably in software/SaaS.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn strategy for organic and paid content.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent English and Italian language skills (written and spoken).
- Reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories (L.68/99).
