What you will do

  • Coordinate project activities including meeting preparation, documentation management, and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and streamline project materials such as trackers, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and tech teams to support daily operations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide actionable insights.
  • Support customer segmentation, KPI tracking, and report generation.
  • Adapt to evolving project priorities through flexible operational support.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Strong enthusiasm for digital marketing, CRM, and data-driven strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
