What you will do

  • Serve as the primary senior HR advisor to the Senior Managing Director and Chief Information and Operations Officer.
  • Own and drive the global people strategy for Technology and Operations, aligning talent, organization, and culture priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and evolve operating models, organizational structures, and workforce strategies.
  • Lead succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development for senior and critical roles.
  • Provide expert guidance on high-impact, risk-sensitive employee matters, including performance management and complex employee relations.
  • Act as a senior steward of culture, conduct, and leadership accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 10+ years Senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization.
  • Proven experience advising C-suite or equivalent executive leaders.
  • Experience supporting Technology, Operations, or similarly scaled functions.
  • Experience operating in a regulated or global enterprise environment.
  • Strong grounding in employee relations, employment law, and risk management.

Nice to have

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
