What you will do

  • Establish and manage relationships with Technology Service Distributors to drive growth and development
  • Develop and execute joint business and marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and booking targets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, and Executive leadership to support partner growth
  • Lead partner training and enablement on NiCE products and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA
  • 3-5 years technology sales experience with channel and marketing focus
  • 5+ years managing partner channel relationships with proven success
  • Experience working with Technology Service Distributors
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise business and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills
