What you will do
- Establish and manage relationships with Technology Service Distributors to drive growth and development
- Develop and execute joint business and marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and booking targets
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, and Executive leadership to support partner growth
- Lead partner training and enablement on NiCE products and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA
- 3-5 years technology sales experience with channel and marketing focus
- 5+ years managing partner channel relationships with proven success
- Experience working with Technology Service Distributors
- Strong knowledge of enterprise business and Salesforce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills
