What you will do
- Develop and execute the Canadian sales strategy aligned with Americas Sales Leadership and RevOps.
- Lead, motivate, and grow a sales team focused on customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Manage sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership and enablement teams to tailor product and company content for the Canadian market.
- Promote a unified go-to-market model ensuring consistent messaging to clients.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years Canadian sales experience with 4+ years leading enterprise and commercial SaaS sales teams.
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ account managers generating $25M+ in bookings.
- Experience working with partners such as resellers, integrators, distributors, and MSPs.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customer executives.
- Multi-lingual skills preferred but not required.
