What you will do

  • Develop and execute the Canadian sales strategy aligned with Americas Sales Leadership and RevOps.
  • Lead, motivate, and grow a sales team focused on customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership and enablement teams to tailor product and company content for the Canadian market.
  • Promote a unified go-to-market model ensuring consistent messaging to clients.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years Canadian sales experience with 4+ years leading enterprise and commercial SaaS sales teams.
  • Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ account managers generating $25M+ in bookings.
  • Experience working with partners such as resellers, integrators, distributors, and MSPs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customer executives.
  • Multi-lingual skills preferred but not required.
