What you will do

  • Craft and present best-in-class insight reports and strategic solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to business retention and growth by identifying incremental opportunities and developing new solutions.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and support Sales in building rapport with new clients through regular in-person servicing.
  • Ensure client deliverables are best in class and delivered on time, working with regional pods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across regions to encourage ongoing thought leadership and product diversification.
  • Lead weekly pod syncs and regional client performance review meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience.
  • Experience with Programmatic Advertising and understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • Proven commercial experience in servicing advertisers to a high standard and growing business.
  • A+ presentation skills with the ability to turn data points into a compelling media story.
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager and Sizmek MDX.
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce and Atlassian (JIRA) understanding.
  • Experience with Tag Managements systems.
