What you will do

  • Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities with workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
  • Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework.
  • Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are managed.
  • Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion.
  • Support on interview scheduling with client’s hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs.
  • Minimum C1 command of the English language.
  • Minimum C1 command of the German language.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in RPO environments.
