Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE

What you will do

  • Design and prototype simple, low-friction digital experiences.
  • Own all stages of the design process from concept to launch.
  • Create UI assets and collaborate towards a new design system.
  • Solve customer problems with a focus on user experience while balancing business goals.
  • Conduct user research and user testing to inform design decisions.
  • Perform design audits and propose improvements to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience designing digital products, demonstrated by a strong portfolio including decision-making process.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to drive user research findings into actionable insights.
  • Previous experience working with design systems and Figma.
  • Strong commitment to doing what is right for the customer and the company, with an eagerness to learn.
  • Applicants must have at least one year remaining on their Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (visa sponsorship is not offered).
