What you will do
- Design and prototype simple, low-friction digital experiences.
- Own all stages of the design process from concept to launch.
- Create UI assets and collaborate towards a new design system.
- Solve customer problems with a focus on user experience while balancing business goals.
- Conduct user research and user testing to inform design decisions.
- Perform design audits and propose improvements to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing digital products, demonstrated by a strong portfolio including decision-making process.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to drive user research findings into actionable insights.
- Previous experience working with design systems and Figma.
- Strong commitment to doing what is right for the customer and the company, with an eagerness to learn.
- Applicants must have at least one year remaining on their Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (visa sponsorship is not offered).
