- Draft professional email responses and maintain SOP response templates.
- Navigate and manage WooCommerce backend and shipping software like EasyShip or ShipStation.
- Support workflow and task management tool setup and maintain internal issue tracking.
- Document recurring issues and improve operational processes and automation.
- Reduce executive interruptions by creating structured operational flow.
Requirements
- Must be located in or work within EST timezone in the United States (Dover DE).
- Excellent written English with professional tone control.
- Experience in e-commerce customer support and familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms.
- Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
