  • Draft professional email responses and maintain SOP response templates.
  • Navigate and manage WooCommerce backend and shipping software like EasyShip or ShipStation.
  • Support workflow and task management tool setup and maintain internal issue tracking.
  • Document recurring issues and improve operational processes and automation.
  • Reduce executive interruptions by creating structured operational flow.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or work within EST timezone in the United States (Dover DE).
  • Excellent written English with professional tone control.
  • Experience in e-commerce customer support and familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms.
  • Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
