What you will do
- Build and adapt Demand Generation strategies for LATAM, ensuring consistent marketing results in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Create localized Field Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate pipeline.
- Develop LATAM Digital & Content Marketing strategies, regionalizing global content and optimizing distribution.
- Partner with regional Sales teams to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy for customer acquisition and expansion.
- Implement frameworks for performance tracking and budget management for all marketing programs.
- Act as the face of LATAM marketing and an International Marketing brand ambassador.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B Marketing leadership experience across multiple Latin American countries, specifically Brazil and Mexico.
- Experience building full-funnel Demand Generation strategies for SMB, MM, and Enterprise segments.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing mix and scaling programmatic campaigns.
- Data-driven with a creative mind.
- Vendor or contractor management experience.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish is required.
Nice to have
- PLG/SaaS experience.
- Experience using Figma.
- Experience building B2B Marketing in Argentina, Chile, or Colombia.
