What you will do

  • Define and implement master data governance processes across various domains.
  • Lead the planning, mapping, and execution of data migration to a new digital platform (e.g., Infor M3).
  • Define reporting requirements and oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, KPIs, and standard reports.
  • Lead and mentor a team of two Data Analysts and Data Stewards, providing guidance and workload management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the data team.
  • Coordinate with program leadership to align data and reporting deliverables with project milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within large-scale digital or ERP transformations.
  • Hands-on expertise in data migration, data cleansing, and Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ETL concepts.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing small teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-facing, with a global mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FMCG undergoing digital or operating model transformation.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
