What you will do
- Own initiatives from idea to production including design, implementation, testing, release, and iteration
- Develop and evolve features across the developer tooling ecosystem, including RedisInsight
- Think like a product owner to improve product and developer experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers
- Lead technical initiatives and align the team around clear solutions
- Manage the full software development lifecycle from architecture to deployment and monitoring
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development and improve workflows
Requirements
- Must be located in Bulgaria or able to work hybrid from Bulgaria
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Strong skills in frontend and backend development with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Ability to design scalable software with maintainable architecture
- Product mindset and experience leading initiatives to completion
- Comfort owning the entire software development lifecycle
