What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a software development team focused on enterprise software.
  • Guide the team in building native Apple platform software in Swift for iOS and macOS.
  • Drive the team's transition from a product-focused to a platform-centric approach for client-side identity functionality.
  • Prioritize, monitor, and manage project results, identifying and mitigating obstacles.
  • Provide technical leadership, ensuring code quality and applying best technical solutions.
  • Perform people management, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance appraisals, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to improve organizational function.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Software development roles.
  • Development experience in Java, Objective-C, Python, macOS, iOS, or Swift.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Experience with Mac OS X and iOS platforms is welcomed.
  • Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).
  • Agile practitioner experienced in Scrum or Kanban.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
