What you will do
- Lead and mentor a software development team focused on enterprise software.
- Guide the team in building native Apple platform software in Swift for iOS and macOS.
- Drive the team's transition from a product-focused to a platform-centric approach for client-side identity functionality.
- Prioritize, monitor, and manage project results, identifying and mitigating obstacles.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring code quality and applying best technical solutions.
- Perform people management, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance appraisals, and coaching.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to improve organizational function.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Software development roles.
- Development experience in Java, Objective-C, Python, macOS, iOS, or Swift.
- Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience with Mac OS X and iOS platforms is welcomed.
- Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).
- Agile practitioner experienced in Scrum or Kanban.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
