What you will do

  • Own global HR operations for contractors and employees, ensuring smooth onboarding, off-boarding, and status changes
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and conduct regular audits
  • Coordinate HR compliance activities and prepare data for audits
  • Validate HR data for contracts, amendments, and terminations before Legal review
  • Govern payroll and contractor payment HR inputs
  • Design, document, and control HR operational processes and act as primary escalation point for operational and compliance issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR generalist/operations roles
  • Legal or HR degree strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of employment law, contractor models, and cross-border HR compliance
  • Experience managing contractors and employees across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in remote-first or distributed organizations
  • Strong experience with HRIS systems (HiBob or similar) including data audits and process ownership
  • Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment
