What you will do

  • Assess requirements and develop recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Identify and source candidates through various channels including online sourcing, job fairs, and professional associations.
  • Pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews and employment tests, and conduct background and reference checks.
  • Onboard new hires into Workday and provide recruiting consultation to hiring managers.
  • Develop innovative digital recruitment strategies and maintain structured, cost-effective interviewing processes.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, United States
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Tech Recruiting.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, policies, laws, and structured interviewing techniques.
  • Strong internet sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight travel.
