Plexus have partnered with a Solana staking protocol who are looking to expand their institutional business offering.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of institutional targets (Banks, Family Offices, Exchanges, ETF Issuers, and Asset Managers).
  • Drive the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing, pitching, and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and high-level bilateral meetings.
  • Act as a credible advisor to CFOs and Heads of Digital Assets, addressing compliance and security concerns.
  • Translate market intelligence and client objections into actionable insights for Product and Strategy teams.

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years of experience with proof of signed deals.
  • Experience in crypto or TradFi.
  • Experience building and managing your own pipeline.
  • Ability to hold your own in a room with a CFO or Head of Digital Assets.
