What you will do

  • Translate business strategy into clear, outcome-led product initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers and Designers to foster a culture of accountability.
  • Partner with the Head of Product – Platform to align product initiatives with platform capabilities.
  • Embed structured discovery, planning, and repeatable product processes across the ecosystem.
  • Ensure strong governance, transparent prioritization, and portfolio-level alignment across international markets.
  • Support international rollout activities while transitioning the organization to a continuous improvement model.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital or product leadership within a matrixed or business-led organization.
  • Proven success in building product maturity including processes, structure, discovery, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into outcome-focused initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complexity across markets.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and elevating product craft.
  • Expertise in multi-market product scaling and customer-facing digital experiences.

Nice to have

  • Background working with consumer digital platforms such as audio, content, or subscription-based services.
  • Experience operating within diverse international markets.
