What you will do
- Manage and maintain on-site test environments for Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT).
- Analyze business requirements to translate them into actionable testing scenarios.
- Execute detailed test plans and document software defects to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in production software installations and provide on-call support for system incidents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and provide input on project timelines.
- Create technical documentation and deliver quality metrics to measure process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
- 2 to 4 years of related experience in QA or managing customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux, Jira, and Windows environments.
- Proven experience in developing test documentation and performing manual testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical writing experience.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
