- Lead the Scraping Tech squad of senior engineers delivering top-notch scraping solutions.

- Own sprint planning and manage JIRA backlog with clear requirements and realistic ETAs.
- Align squad objectives with company goals and move Key Results.
- Foster a motivating team environment through workload management and feedback.
- Participate in technical discussions to resolve roadblocks and maintain system health.
Requirements
- Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
- Experience in software development and leading technical teams of senior engineers.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of backend languages such as Python or Go, HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
