What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake calls to offer management across 9 international markets.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines of passive talent.
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers from early-career levels to senior leadership.
  • Use data and evidence-based practices to improve hiring rigour, structure, and decision-making.
  • Contribute to building and scaling the global TA function, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates throughout their journey.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C1 equivalent).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a scaling tech or SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated success in proactive candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Experience managing hiring across multiple geographic markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt communication to different levels of seniority.
  • Structured, data-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex tasks autonomously.

Nice to have

  • Background in recruiting for tech, product, or commercial functions.
  • Hands-on experience building TA functions from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing techniques and psychometric assessment tools.
  • Experience with ATS and HR tech stacks like Teamtailor, HiBob, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
