What you will do

  • Define and execute global events strategy, aligning investments with go-to-market priorities and ROI frameworks.
  • Lead planning and delivery for flagship summits, executive experiences, and tradeshows from concept to performance analysis.
  • Build repeatable systems and playbooks to ensure operational excellence and scalability.
  • Manage and mentor a global team of 5 event managers while fostering a culture of accountability and high standards.
  • Own multi-million dollar event budgets, defining investment strategies and identifying funding gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to report on performance and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in events, experiential, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale global summits and executive-level experiences.
  • Deep expertise in B2B or SaaS technology environments.
  • Strong operational rigor in budgeting, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate strategy to leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York office.
