Salary: $206,000–$276,000 annually.

What you will do
- Define the Meal Cards offering and align on the best way to organize it, including 3rd party fintech partnerships.
- Define the MVP offering and work with engineering partners to quickly bring that solution to market while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with research, design, UX, and analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
- Work with FP&A and business partners to define financial targets and measurement/reporting capabilities.
- Own the success of the offering by ruthlessly prioritizing scope for our first launch, and identifying fast-follow opportunities.
- Thoughtfully explain unique concepts to diverse audiences and break down complex topics for any stakeholder.
Requirements
- Product leadership: 10+ years of product experience leading roadmap development and experience in successful 0-1 product launches.
- Technical know how: Experience integrating with third party applications via API integrations. Experience in Fintech and/or Payments is required.
- Autonomous and Fast: Comfortable directing your own way to audacious goals, committing to a schedule.
- Agile & flexible: Manage risk, iterate, familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces.
- Data driven: Work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives.
