What you will do

  • Own the global Capgemini alliance P&L, including revenue growth and long-term expansion.
  • Run OpenAI’s side of the AI Transformation Alliance, managing hundreds of joint client opportunities.
  • Serve as OpenAI’s senior executive counterpart to Capgemini’s global leadership, setting priorities and resolving escalations.
  • Direct allocation of OpenAI’s resources across Capgemini-led engagements, governing access to tiered benefits tied to performance.
  • Lead co-selling and execution of complex enterprise AI Cloud transformation opportunities with enterprise executives.
  • Stand up and build the dedicated OpenAI Capgemini alliance team across partner management, technical success, enablement, and operations.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, or growth roles within SaaS or product-led organizations.
  • Deep Capgemini experience with trusted senior-level relationships and strong command of internal decision dynamics.
  • Proven ownership of large-scale, multi-year partnerships with full commercial and operational accountability.
  • Global systems-integrator leadership experience across sales, delivery, and enablement.
  • Direct leadership in complex enterprise transformation deals involving executive sponsors and enterprise governance.
  • Enterprise AI, cloud, and data transformation literacy with credibility among CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.
