What you will do

  • Support the design of data-driven communication strategies and business cases for proposals.
  • Collaborate in a results-driven test, learn, and optimization culture for clients.
  • Work with Data Analysts and Selection Teams to deliver best-in-class data solutions.
  • Interpret analysis findings and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams (Client Partnership, Technology, Strategy, Creative) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drive measurement sophistication, build test and learn plans, and identify greater insight into customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Currently in a similar Senior Data Strategy / Planning role.
  • Ability to apply insights from data to develop marketing strategy and improve ROI.
  • Strong understanding of test and learn techniques in a marketing environment (measurement frameworks, ROI evaluation).
  • Understanding of how databases can be leveraged and enhanced for data strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
  • Must be able to work on a hybrid basis in London, UK.
