What you will do

  • Build a go-to-market business plan aligned to the indirect and regional plan, continuously pushing to exceed targets.
  • Create business plans for individual partners, communicating the plans to internal BMC and partner stakeholders.
  • Design a partner pipeline generation program to produce incremental new license revenue by developing an autonomous partner ecosystem.
  • Act as a BMC brand ambassador internally and externally, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace and embody BMC values.
  • Experience leading a team with a clear understanding of people and partner development.
  • Proven sales creation mentality with experience in direct and indirect sales, including in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Extensive network of software resellers and system integrators in the market.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member while also providing team leadership and orchestrating internal and external resources.
