What you will do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs.
- Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes.
- Hiring, training, and developing new employees.
- Leading Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software delivery experience with a demonstrated PM track record in web-based and custom software projects.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- People management experience.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent English level (both written and verbal).
Nice to have
- PMI/Prince2/Scrum Master Certification.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- A team player with an interest in collaborating and working in a multicultural environment daily.
