Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter hiring for software engineering roles.
- A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains.
- Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech.
- Fluency in other languages.
