What you will do

  • Define and execute global corporate IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a multinational IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
  • Manage cloud-first infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure) and global networking.
  • Oversee IT security, compliance (ISO 27001), and identity management systems.
  • Direct large-scale IT budgets, vendor relationships, and enterprise procurement.
  • Drive process transformation and automation to ensure scalable business operations.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in Corporate IT within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven track record in IT strategy, transformation, and modernizing enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and device management.
  • Strong background in ITIL frameworks, security compliance, and vendor management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to partner with executive leadership.
  • Ability to work hybrid in the London office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with M&A IT integration and change management.
  • Expertise in enterprise service desk operations (ZenDesk).
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL.
