What you will do

  • Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on tasks for the animation team.
  • Represent the animation team in meetings.
  • Understand the game's story, gameplay, and technical/artistic constraints to lead and coach the team.
  • Draft regular reports on the team’s progress and recommend corrective measures.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential conflicts within the team.
  • Help recruit and integrate new team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in game animation.
  • Experience leading an animation team in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, game engines, and production pipelines.
  • Proficiency with animation software (preferred: Motionbuilder).
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with motion‑capture workflows and familiarity with game engines/tools.
