What you will do
- Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on tasks for the animation team.
- Represent the animation team in meetings.
- Understand the game's story, gameplay, and technical/artistic constraints to lead and coach the team.
- Draft regular reports on the team’s progress and recommend corrective measures.
- Anticipate and resolve potential conflicts within the team.
- Help recruit and integrate new team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in game animation.
- Experience leading an animation team in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, game engines, and production pipelines.
- Proficiency with animation software (preferred: Motionbuilder).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with motion‑capture workflows and familiarity with game engines/tools.
