What you will do
- Lead innovation projects to develop next-generation fragrances for Fabric Care in China.
- Own in-depth category knowledge and analyze consumer and market data to support fragrance development.
- Monitor global, APAC, and China trends impacting fragrances and consumer behavior.
- Prepare industry-leading category reviews, trend presentations, and market intelligence reports.
- Support sales with key client pitches and strategic presentations.
- Promote an innovative culture and uphold Givaudan's corporate brand image.
Requirements
- Must be based in China with hybrid work in Shanghai.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 8-10 years experience in FMCG, B2B, Advertising Agency, or Fragrance industry.
- Fluent verbal and written Mandarin and English (mandatory).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product innovation projects.
- Passion for fragrance and strong consumer insight skills.
