What you will do

  • Find and qualify new leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to optimize lead generation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and activities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Czech and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in outbound calling and navigating through gatekeepers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage professional schedules.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools like LinkedIn.
  • History of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
