What you will do

  • Manage paid acquisition channels to acquire new users and meet business metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Optimize advertising budgets and campaigns to improve unit economics.
  • Analyze performance data to generate insights and prioritize hypotheses for testing.
  • Monitor advertising platform changes and test new tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams to improve results.
  • Make data-driven decisions and take ownership of user acquisition outcomes.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with offices in Warsaw, Kyiv, or Lviv, or full remote.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with paid channels like Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $300k+ monthly.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with tools like Tableau or Amplitude.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Ability to take ownership and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with subscription-based business models and lifestyle or content-heavy businesses.
  • Experience launching new directions and scaling audiences.
