What you will do

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end GTM integration roadmap for newly acquired companies.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales & Partner Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Legal, Finance, and GTM Systems & Tooling teams to ensure coordinated integration.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Tooling team to integrate acquired CRM instances, data models, and workflows into Nebius’ architecture.
  • Equip sales teams with clear positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for newly integrated offerings.
  • Ensure continuity and clarity for customers throughout the integration process.
  • Build scalable integration playbooks and repeatable frameworks for future acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in GTM leadership, GTM Strategy & Operations, or M&A integration.
  • Proven experience leading commercial integrations post-acquisition.
  • Deep expertise in B2B sales models, territories, and pipeline management.
  • Strong CRM and GTM systems integration experience.
  • Financial acumen and ability to translate deal models into revenue execution.
  • Ability to operate independently across varying altitudes — from defining strategic vision to driving hands-on execution across specific workstreams.
  • Executive presence with strong cross-functional influence
