- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform supply strategies.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in operations, marketplace strategy, supply growth, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using large datasets.
- Experience designing and executing experiments like A/B testing.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational projects in cross-functional teams.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
